I bought the studded version for a new short-pile carpet in my home office. It works beautifully to protect my new carpet from the chair wheels. Should have had one of these years ago!

Bought this top quality polycarbonate mat to protect our oak flooring – arrived on time and stays flat on floor and stays in place – tough but unobtrusive – many inferior mats out there but this one could not be bettered.

The mat ordered was a “Chair Mat Polycarbonate with Lip”. It was delivered promptly and is of very good quality, enabling my desk chair to move around easily on its casters. I can see it will last a long time. However, I do have a bit of an issue with it (hence 4 stars and not 5). It doesn’t stay in place (at least not on my carpet). After a few hours it has moved out of position sufficiently for me to need to lift the chair off it and reposition the mat. The dimples on the underside, which I assume are there to hold the mat in place, don’t seem sufficient to do the job.

Very pleased with the product and the service.
I initially bought a rectangular chair mat, but when I got it I realised that it wasn’t the right mat for me. I contacted Trusted Mats and got a quick reply telling me what to do. I returned the rectangular mat and bought one with a lip, which is perfect.
Both deliveries were very quick, and the refund was almost instant when they received the returned mat.
Recommend them.

I needed mat for my desk chair on new luxury carpet. It had to be of sufficient quality not to ruck up and to be delivered flat. I’m very pleased with mat supplied. Ticks all the right boxes.
