We apologise that the Premium Coir Roll Matting you received was not a perfect square as expected. As a custom cut product, although unusual, some minor size variations can occasionally occur.
While we offered to collect and replace the mat, we understand this was too much hassle for you. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to make this right.
