I ordered a length of artificial coir matting for a mat-well as part of overall carpet re-fit (see pic). The product is really good, great value and it arrived very rapidly. Wrapped and obviously handled with care for delivery. I’ve been impressed by both the service and the product. No hesitation in recommending.

Very pleased. Delivered quickly and on roll rather than folded with creases like others do, so easily went flat after leaving for a few days. Was worried it would be difficult to fit as my porch is not a simple rectangle. I made a template using a roll of Christmas wrapping paper, cutting round all the door frames etc, stuck it all together then taped it to the back of the mat. Cut carefully with a Stanley knife and was delighted when it fitted like a glove! Would recommend and use again. Appreciate the personal customer service which is rarity these days.

I needed a new mat to replace an old coir, non-standard sized, recessed doormat that had seen better days. After researching online I found Trusted Mats who offered a made-to-measure service at reasonable cost.

I replaced an old orange coir mat with this far more tasteful grey synthetic coir. It looks understated and was easy to fit.
