Really pleased with the mat – colour is perfect and it looks so good.
Trusted Mats offered the thickness of mat I needed and I found the cutting of the mat to the width I needed so easy. Very helpful instructions sent by email.

The mat was the perfect thickness to recess into the LVT flooring that had been installed. We have had no problems with vacuuming. It was reasonably priced and came on time.

I am delighted with the service and the mat I bought from Trusted Mats. It is such good heavy quality while remaining low profile and sits securely without moving, very non slip.
It has smartened up my door step beautifully as can be seen in the before and after new mat photos. Mark the director could not have been more helpful and at my request had my mat cut to my bespoke measurements. This was particularly helpful for me as I am disabled. His communication was also prompt, efficient and helpful. The mat can be shaken, brushed or hoovered as required. The artificial coir is so much better as there is absolutely no shedding, discolouration or unraveling. I would definitely buy from this company again and recommend them unreservedly. When the managing director emails you to check the order went well, you know that customer service is very important to this company. Requested a sample which arrived for free and really helped in making my choice. Mat is great for my location as i had a very small clearance of 10mms between door and floor. Keep up the good work!
